At Honolulu Pickleball Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your paddle or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective covers and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment at our Honolulu warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
